Join us on the bus from Gainesville to the historic Climate Rally in DC on Sunday, February 17, thousands of Americans will head to Washington, D.C. to make “Forward on Climate” the largest climate rally in history. Join this historic event to make your voice heard and help the president start his second term with strong climate action!
We’re planning for a bus from Gainesville to DC, departing on Friday Feb 15, arriving in DC on Saturday morning. That will give folks a free day in Washington, February 16 (make your own overnight arrangements for that night.) The DC hostel may still have beds. It is great. The Rally on Sunday begins at 11:30am! We depart sometime after the rally is finished on Sunday evening and arrive home sometime Monday morning, February 18.
Contact our bus coordinators to sign up for a seat on the bus. We are asking everyone to contribute $72.74 towards the actual cost of $130.
*** Reservations needed soon, open until the seats sell out, or February 15th.
